Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered 5-color proactive stompy engine commanded by Jodah, Archmage Eternal. The primary game plan focuses on fixing mana across all five colors during the first three turns using mana dorks, rocks, and triomes. On Turn 4 or 5, the deck deploys Jodah or redundant cheat permanents such as Fist of Suns and Leyline of Mutation to cast enormous 8-to-13 mana spells for just {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}. The payoff suite features uncounterable card advantage, cascading behemoths like Apex Devastator, Eldrazi titans with devastating cast triggers, and asymmetric lock pieces like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and Void Winnower. Once a dominant board is established, haste enablers like Temur Ascendancy and Maelstrom Wanderer allow the deck to rapidly close the game through combat damage within a single opponent response cycle.
