Deck overview

This Boros deck combines Dwarf tribal synergy with Equipment and Treasure generation, commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The strategy curve focuses on deploying low-cost Dwarves and utility Equipment during the early turns, accumulating artifact tokens along the way. When Thorin enters the battlefield, his passive ability turns every Treasure and Equipment into an aggressive anthem for the rest of the Dwarf team. Combat-focused payoffs like Akroma's Will, Reyav, Master Smith, and Chandra's Ignition convert this wide power boost into rapid player eliminations. While the deck boasts resilient protective instants tutorable with Sunforger, its reliance on combat damage and lack of stax pieces leaves opponents free to advance their own game plans.
