Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Temur Landfall and hellbent impulse engine piloted by Flubs, the Fool. Flubs rewards playing with an empty hand by turning every land play and spell cast into a fresh card draw while providing an additional land drop each turn. The strategy accelerates in the opening turns with efficient ramp dorks and fetchlands, deploying Flubs on Turn 2 or 3. It quickly empties its hand into the graveyard or exile, transitioning into continuous engine velocity via graveyard land recursers like Crucible of Worlds and Ramunap Excavator alongside topdeck enablers like Augur of Autumn. Explosive landfall payoffs—including Scute Swarm, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Rampaging Baloths, and Valakut Exploration—generate overwhelming board presence and lethal burn damage. Supported by asymmetric lock elements like Ensnaring Bridge and repeatable Strip Mine denial, the deck overwhelms the table with resilient, land-based resource generation.
