Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Winota, Joiner of Forces is a stax-combat deck that cheats Humans into play. You attack with cheap non-Humans like Memnite and Esper Sentinel to trigger Winota and put Humans from the top six directly into combat with indestructible. Stax pieces such as Drannith Magistrate, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Grand Abolisher slow opponents while you build a wide board. Damage doublers like Angrath's Marauders and Blade Historian turn that board lethal. Rionya, Fire Dancer acts as a hidden commander, enabling infinite extra combats with Breath of Fury, Combat Celebrant and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker when combat alone is not enough.
