Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact engine strategy led by Sai, Master Thopterist. It focuses on chaining low-cost artifact spells to generate flying Thopter tokens, draw through the library, and accelerate mana via cost reducers and convoke. The early game establishes mana rocks and engine pieces such as Etherium Sculptor, Simulacrum Synthesizer, and Vedalken Archmage. In the mid-game, the deck creates massive card advantage with affinity draw spells and Sai's sacrifice ability while building a wide board. It controls opposing tempo using efficient counterspells like Swan Song and asymmetric board wipes like Desynchronization and All Is Dust. Victory is achieved around Turn 7 by transforming noncreature artifacts into 4/4 flying creatures with Cyberdrive Awakener, swinging with massive Karnstruct tokens, or overwhelming opponents with buffed Thopter swarms via Forsaken Monument and Master of Etherium.
