Deck overview

This is a classic Golgari Elfball deck helmed by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The plan is straightforward: flood the board with Elf mana dorks and token makers, convert that density into explosive green mana, then close through overrun effects, drain payoffs, or infinite mana loops. Lathril, Blade of the Elves accelerates the token plan via combat damage and provides a repeatable table-wide drain once ten Elves are untapped, but she is not required for the deck's primary wins. Primary finishers are Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, Triumph of the Hordes, Ezuri, Renegade Leader activations, and Staff of Domination loops with high-output dorks. Secondary reach comes from Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage, and Lathril's activated ability. The deck plays as a midrange tribal engine that ramps hard, draws off its own cast triggers, and overwhelms the table with a critical mass of Elves.
