Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir battlecruiser strategy built around Marvo, Deep Operative. Its primary goal is to accelerate Marvo onto the battlefield by Turn 4, curate the top of the library with cards like Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, or Ponder, and attack on Turn 5. Winning the clash lets you draw a card and immediately cheat an 8-mana permanent into play for free. The payoff package features devastating threats such as Toxrill, the Corrosive, Hullbreaker Horror, Archon of Cruelty, and Stormtide Leviathan. These bombs clear opposing boards, lock down combat, and generate massive damage alongside Spawning Kraken. While the deck features strong interactive answers and smooth topdeck control, it remains reliant on Marvo attacking safely to bypass its heavy mana curve.
