Morcant Elves by 0ka

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elf-tribal deck that turns every Elf entry into a -1/-1 counter on an opponent's creature and uses its tap-three-Elves proliferate to pile on counters. The primary plan is to out-develop opponents with Elf token generators, then convert -1/-1 counters into additional Elves, Snakes, and Insects through Flourishing Defenses, Hapatra, and Nest of Scarabs. The final push is a wide attack plus burst drain from Shaman of the Pack, Throne of the God-Pharaoh, and death-trigger effects. Secondary paths use Lathril's tokens, Parallel Lives, and Beastmaster Ascension for an overrun, and recursion from Whip of Erebos and Serpent's Soul-Jar to grind. No hidden commander; Morcant is the operational center.
