Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale is a Sultai self-mill engine: every attack mills three, returns a land tapped, and turns leave-the-graveyard triggers into 2/2 Zombie Druids. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard early, use Teval's land-return and token loops for value, then close with Jarad drain or an evasive zombie/plant army. Kotis, Sibsig Champion works as a hidden commander, casting creatures from the graveyard and stacking +1/+1 counters. Secondary paths include Living Death mass reanimation, Avenger of Zendikar landfall, and Multani/Lord of Extinction as oversized Jarad sacrifices. Teval is a powerful accelerant, but the deck can still grind through Meren, Conduit of Worlds, and Life from the Loam if she is answered.
