High "AF" Perfect Morcant by goobs

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a BG Elf/proliferate deck that wins by poisoning the table while churning out Elf tokens. Its primary plan is to seed poison with toxic/infect beaters and then use Morcant's tap-three-proliferate, Evolution Sage, Vraska, and similar effects to push all opponents to ten. The commander also functions as a removal engine: every Elf ETB forces a -1/-1 counter, pairing with Flourishing Defenses and Blowfly Infestation to generate a wide board and wipe enemy creatures. Secondary paths are Ezuri's trample overrun, Lathril's drain, and a Vorinclex + Vraska ultimate. No true hidden commander; Lathril and Vorinclex act as alternate build-around legends in the 99.
