Azula by user4975468

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a one-shot voltron commander. The deck's primary plan is to attack with Azula, use her Firebending mana to cast two cheap pump/copy spells during combat, and let her attack trigger copy each spell, stacking power doublers and double strike into lethal commander damage. Secondary paths are an equipment voltron subtheme (Runechanter's Pike, Glamdring, Blackblade Reforged) and a spells-matter pinger package (Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Young Pyromancer, Balmor). There is no hidden commander; every element either accelerates Azula's attack, digs to the pump spells, or protects her. Copying instant cantrips during combat also doubles as a draw engine, making the kill resilient enough to assemble in one combat.
