Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Voltron and spellslinger tempo build commanded by Lyse Hext. The primary game plan leverages Lyse's cost reduction on noncreature spells to rapidly deploy Equipment and Auras, then casts two noncreature spells in a turn to grant Lyse double strike and prowess. Massive power enhancers such as Colossus Hammer, All That Glitters, and Thran Power Suit combine with evasion tools like Winged Boots and Silver Shroud Costume to eliminate opponents through commander damage starting on Turn 5. The deck sustains its hand through combat card advantage engines such as Mask of Memory and Buster Sword, backed by Sram's cast triggers. While vulnerable to forced sacrifice and repeated board wipes, a deep package of protective Equipment granting hexproof, ward, and indestructible shields the commander during critical attack rotations to secure a Turn 7 table finish.
