Deck overview

This is a Mardu token-control deck built around Tariel, Reckoner of Souls as a late-game value engine rather than the main plan. The actual engine of the deck is a dense pile of token producers - Bitterblossom, Assemble the Legion, Court of Grace, Court of Embereth, and Black Market Connections - backed by an enormous sorcery-speed board-wipe suite. The primary path to victory is attrition: make tokens, reset the board, rebuild faster than opponents, then convert the swarm with pump effects like Caretaker's Talent, Kinbinding, and Divine Visitation. Tariel can randomly reanimate good creatures from opposing graveyards, and Rise of the Dark Realms is a one-card mass-reanimation finisher. The deck is slow and linear, but its token density and wipe redundancy give it serious inevitability in creature-heavy games.
