This Dimir artifact combo-mill deck converts high-velocity artifact mana into game-ending mill and board presence. Led by The Cyber-Controller, the strategy aims to generate large pools of mana using cost reducers and mana engines like Forsaken Monument, Urza, Lord High Artificer, and Basalt Monolith. The deck achieves critical onset on Turn 5 by casting its commander for a large X value, milling opposing libraries, and reanimating their creatures face down as 3/3 artifact Cybermen. Backup win conditions include instant-kill mill combos such as Bruvac the Grandiloquent with kicked Maddening Cacophony, infinite mana loops via Basalt Monolith and Forsaken Monument or Metalworker and Staff of Domination, and lethal drain through Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge.
