Deck overview

This deck is a Boros kindred aggro strategy centered on Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan deploys low-cost Dwarves during early turns, quickly building a creature board while generating artifact tokens through equipment and incidental effects. Casting Thorin on Turn 5 accelerates this engine: each entering Dwarf produces a Treasure token, and Thorin turns every artifact token into a static power buff for the entire Dwarf army. By Turn 6, the deck presents high-power attackers that overwhelm defenses, supported by combat enablers like Iroas, God of Victory and token multipliers like Academy Manufactor. The deck relies predominantly on traditional combat damage to eliminate opponents across successive turns rather than infinite combos or stax locks. While resilient against single-target interaction through redundant creatures and ward effects, it remains vulnerable to sweepers that reset both creatures and tokens.
