Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. Its core game plan revolves around casting low-cost artifact spells to generate an army of 1/1 flying Thopter creature tokens while sustaining hand size through steady card draw engines. The early game focuses on deploying mana rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Mind Stone to establish mana velocity. Once Sai, Master Thopterist enters on turn 3 or 4, every subsequent artifact creates evasive tokens and fuels card draw engines such as Shimmer Dragon, Vedalken Archmage, and Thopter Spy Network. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transforms its token swarm into lethal combat threats using major anthems and scaling artifact creatures, most notably Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, and Kappa Cannoneer. Defensive options like Propaganda, Counterspell, and All Is Dust help stabilize the board and secure victory over several combat steps.
