Deck overview

Zur the Enchanter is the deck's command-zone tutor: each attack can place a small enchantment onto the battlefield, usually Intangible Virtue, Gift of Orzhova, Seal of Doom, Stony Silence, or Soul Ransom. The primary plan is to use that tutor while building an evasive token army from Splicers, Lingering Souls, and Entreat the Angels; the secondary plan is a blink/value engine (Restoration Angel, Flickerwisp, Venser, Deadeye Navigator, Ghostly Flicker) that reuses enter-the-battlefield triggers and recovers from removal. A graveyard plan with Unburial Rites, Corpse Connoisseur, and flashback spells provides the third path. There is no hidden commander; Deadeye Navigator is only a flexible value engine. The deck wins by incremental combat rather than a compact combo.
