Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color value and combo deck led by Karn, Gilded Guardian. The primary game plan focuses on deploying colored artifact mana rocks during the early turns to ramp into Karn on Turn 4, immediately drawing 3 to 5 cards based on the colors of your artifacts. Once your hand is refilled, the deck transitions into powerful enter-the-battlefield engines using Displacer Kitten, Panharmonicon, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines. It duplicates its best threats with flexible clone effects such as Spark Double, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Auton Soldier. Win conditions include direct damage loops with Terror of the Peaks, Warstorm Surge, and Impact Tremors, as well as combat overruns via Craterclaw Colossus. For a fast finish, the deck also includes the classic two-card combo of Worldgorger Dragon and Animate Dead to generate infinite mana and trigger infinite enter-the-battlefield damage.
