Commander: Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Abzan partner deck pairs Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful with Reyhan, Last of the Abzan to build an overwhelming +1/+1 counter strategy. Yoshimaru grows every time another legendary permanent enters, while Reyhan serves as counter insurance, redistributing counters when creatures die. The deck is built around a dense package of counter doublers (Hardened Scales, Corpsejack Menace, Doubling Season, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and The Earth Crystal), creature-based card draw (The Great Henge, Tribute to the World Tree, Reki, the History of Kamigawa), and legendary permanents to feed Yoshimaru and Mox Amber. Wins come primarily through overwhelming combat, using trample enablers and finishers like Overwhelming Stampede and Akroma's Will to turn a massive counter-heavy board into a one-shot kill. The Ozolith and Reyhan give the deck a resilient backbone against board wipes, while token generators like Ghave, Guru of Spores and Elenda, the Dusk Rose provide board depth.
