Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Sai, Master Thopterist to generate continuous board presence and card flow. The primary strategy accelerates early mana through low-cost mana rocks and artifact cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector. Once Sai is established, casting cheap utility artifacts produces 1/1 flying Thopter tokens that fuel card draw engines like Skullclamp, Vedalken Archmage, and Sai's activated ability. The primary win condition is an infinite draw loop using Sensei's Divining Top, Mystic Forge (or The Reality Chip), and any artifact cost reducer. This loop draws the entire deck, generates infinite mana with Ashnod's Altar, Krark-Clan Ironworks, or Urza, Lord High Artificer, and wins on the spot with Laboratory Maniac. Backup plans leverage massive Construct armies from Simulacrum Synthesizer and Urza's Saga, unblockable damage from Kappa Cannoneer, and asymmetric sweeps via Desynchronization and All Is Dust to close out the game.
