Deck overview

Elsha of the Infinite leads a Jeskai artifact-storm combo deck. The primary plan is to reduce artifact costs, use Birgi and Sensei's Divining Top with Elsha to draw through the library, then kill with Grapeshot or Brain Freeze. Secondary lines use Underworld Breach with Wheel of Fortune and Jeska's Will to loop spells from the graveyard. Elsha is the top-deck engine and flash enabler; there is no hidden commander. The deck is dense with tutors, fast mana, and free countermagic, so it can pivot between the Top loop and the Breach loop while protecting the kill.
