Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates into undercosted, high-power creatures to cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger as early as Turn 4 for just two green mana. The primary strategy uses efficient stat sticks like Steel Leaf Champion and Pugnacious Hammerskull to reduce Ghalta's casting cost by up to 10 generic mana. Once assembled, the deck leverages card draw engines that reward high-power creatures, such as Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise, to keep resources flowing. Closing the game relies on overwhelming trampling combat damage amplified by mass pumps like Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth. While the deck generates massive board pressure and recovers well from targeted removal through redundant threats, its reliance on the combat step and lack of stack interaction leave it exposed to well-timed board wipes and non-permanent combo strategies.
