Deck overview

This Naya deck utilizes Baylen, the Haymaker as a flexible commander that transforms any token into mana acceleration, card draw, or combat power. The deck develops early mana and token generators on turns 1-3, resolving Baylen to quickly build overwhelming card advantage. By turns 5 and 6, the board amasses wide swarms of creature tokens amplified by token doublers like Elspeth, Storm Slayer and Exalted Sunborn. It threatens lethal table eliminations on turns 6-7 using explosive overruns from Craterhoof Behemoth, evasion from Toby, Beastie Befriender, or direct burn from Arabella, Abandoned Doll. Stax elements like High Noon slow down spell-based combo decks while Baylen continues to activate abilities at instant speed. While highly resilient in value generation, the deck lacks dedicated sweeper protection spells, making careful board commitment and responsive activation crucial to maintaining momentum.
