Alania Otter Spellslinger by Isanx

Format: Commander

Commander: Stella Lee, Wild Card

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Stella Lee, Wild Card leads an Izzet spellslinger deck that wins by stacking ping enchantments and creatures that damage opponents whenever you cast instants and sorceries. Stella acts as card advantage engine, exiling a card on your second spell each turn and copying a spell after three spells, while Veyran, Birgi, and copy effects multiply triggers. Secondary paths use big X spells like Comet Storm and Crackle with Power fueled by Treasures from Storm-Kiln Artist and Jeska's Will, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun as a draw-damage finisher. The deck chains cheap cantrips and interaction to control the board, then takes a single explosive turn where 6-10 spells ping the table for 40.
