Tommy Boy

Format: Commander

Commander: Tom Bombadil

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tom Bombadil is the headline commander, but Barbara Wright is the true hidden commander behind this build. Her read-ahead ability lets every Saga enter at a chosen chapter, which converts Tom's library-to-battlefield chain from a long value engine into a burst of final-chapter triggers. The deck's main plan is enchantress-style card advantage: draw with Sythis and Femeref Enchantress, accelerate with Sanctum Weaver and Bloom Tender, then chain Sagas through Tom, Satsuki, and Sigurd. Primary win is a graveyard-to-battlefield turn with Replenish or Eerie Ultimatum, where read-ahead Sagas fire final abilities for drain and board presence; Narci and Summon: Bahamut provide the wide finishers.
