Deck overview

This mono-red Commander deck is piloted by Krenko, Mob Boss, focusing on exponential token generation, explosive tribal synergies, and burst damage outlets. The game plan centers on accelerating Krenko into play on Turn 3 or 4 with immediate haste from enablers like Lightning Greaves or Goblin Warchief. Once active, Krenko rapidly doubles the goblin count each turn cycle. The deck converts this overwhelming token count into immediate lethal damage using enter-the-battlefield burn pieces like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors, or through massive combat anthems like Shared Animosity and City on Fire. Redundant untap effects like Sting, the Glinting Dagger and Thousand-Year Elixir accelerate the clock, while Goblin Matron and Goblin Recruiter provide tutor consistency. Disruptive elements like Blood Moon and redirection spells protect the board while the swarm closes out the game on Turns 5 to 6.
