Deck overview

Talion, the Kindly Lord leads a Dimir Faerie control deck that wins by grinding card advantage and incremental damage. You choose a number with Talion to tax opponents and draw cards, then flood the board with Faerie tokens from Bitterblossom, Oona, Queen of the Fae, and Alela while anthems like Tegwyll and Roaming Throne grow them. Flash Faeries and clone effects (Phantasmal Image, Sakashima, Spark Double) let you play at instant speed and copy the best creatures on the table. With no infinite combo, the deck controls the game with 11 counterspells and removal, then closes through combat boosted by drain from Faerie Tauntings, Obyra, and Bloodchief Ascension.
