Deck overview

Ygra, Eater of All leads a Golgari Food deck that turns every creature into a Food artifact and grows whenever anything is eaten. The main plan is to generate a dense stream of Food and creature tokens through Gyome, Master Chef, Tireless Provisioner, Witch's Oven, Scavenger's Talent, and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, multiply them with Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, and Peregrin Took, then convert deaths into table-wide drain with Mirkwood Bats, The Meathook Massacre, and Poison-Tip Archer. The fastest wins are sacrifice loops: Chatterfang plus Pitiless Plunderer plus a free sacrifice outlet creates infinite tokens and death triggers, usually ending with a drain payoff; Food-recursion loops with Cauldron Familiar, Witch's Oven, Academy Manufactor, and Clock of Omens provide a second infinite line. Ygra itself doubles as a huge unblockable commander-damage threat via Rogue's Passage and Whispersilk Cloak.
