Deck overview

This Sultai midrange deck leverages Muldrotha, the Gravetide to turn the graveyard into a renewable resource hub. Early turns prioritize mana acceleration and self-mill through efficient cards like Llanowar Elves, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Consider, and Deathbonnet Sprout. Once Muldrotha enters the battlefield on Turn 5, the deck generates compounding card advantage by recurring lands, utility creatures, and protection pieces every turn cycle. The primary route to victory utilizes wide token generation from Scute Swarm, Chocobo Racetrack, and Vilespawn Spider, or compounding aerial pressure from Dreadfeast Demon, culminating in lethal combat damage across Turns 7 and 8. Defensive loops like Spore Frog and Haywire Mite stave off aggression and dismantle opposing engines. While susceptible to targeted graveyard hate and tempo slowdowns from tapped lands, the list exhibits robust resilience and secondary lines through The Gitrog Monster and Genesis Wave.
