Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around generating cheap creature tokens using noncreature enchantments, artifacts, and sorceries, then using Jace's -3 loyalty ability to transform those tokens into colossal creature and planeswalker payoffs. The creature suite is entirely composed of 19 high-cost haymakers such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and The Ur-Sphinx. Supported by a dense suite of 11 low-cost mana rocks, the deck accelerates to 5 mana by turn 4, immediately cheating out a game-warping threat. The deck controls the board with premium spot removal like Swords to Plowshares and asymmetric sweepers like Sunfall and White Sun's Twilight. It closes games by swarming the air with protected, evasive beaters and doubling life loss.
