This deck is a high-synergy Sultai strategy commanded by The Wise Mothman. It blends radiation-based mill, +1/+1 counter distribution, and fast combo finishes. The early game focuses on deploying efficient mana rocks and counter doublers like Branching Evolution and Winding Constrictor to cast the commander on Turn 3 or 4.
