Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis spellslinger combo-control build commanded by Saruman, the White Hand. It uses efficient cantrips, cheap mana rocks, and explosive rituals to establish early velocity while developing value engines like Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring. The primary win condition is the compact A+B infinite combo of Twinflame and Dualcaster Mage, which generates an infinite army of hasty creature tokens to eliminate all three opponents in a single combat step on Turn 4. The deck features redundant backup combos in Ral, Storm Conduit or Professor Onyx paired with Chain of Smog to drain opponents through infinite magecraft triggers. A premier interaction suite comprising free countermagic such as Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will, alongside split-second protection from Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun, ensures the deck can disrupt opposing threats while shielding its own win attempts with minimal mana friction.
