Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive leads a mono-blue poison-control deck. The primary plan is to drop Tetsuko early, play cheap 1-toughness toxic/infect creatures (Dune Mover, Myr Convert, Phyrexian Digester), and attack for poison under an unblockable umbrella. Proliferate cantrips and Flux Channeler accelerate poison to ten. The commander is the key evasion enabler; without her, most ground threats are blockable. Secondary paths include flying token beats from Docent of Perfection or Mischievous Mystic, stealing an opposing creature with Corrupted Conscience, and using Final Iteration to pump Wizards. A dense countermagic package keeps the board clear while the poison clock runs. The deck has no infinite combo or tutor, so it wins through incremental combat plus proliferate.
