Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Equipment Voltron strategy commanded by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan accelerates mana on early turns to cast Cloud on Turn 4. Upon entering the battlefield, Cloud attaches an existing Equipment for free and attacks immediately due to innate haste. Reaching 7 or greater power with weapons like Colossus Hammer or Hero's Blade triggers Cloud's attack ability to draw cards and create two Treasure tokens each swing. The deck leverages this tempo and resource generation to eliminate opponents sequentially through commander combat damage, supplemented by secondary combat payoffs like Vincent, Vengeful Atoner and Tifa, Martial Artist. While the deck features dense functional redundancy among Equipment and solid protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Clever Concealment, it lacks specialized Equipment tutors and countermagic, leaving it reliant on natural draw variance and vulnerable to well-timed instant-speed disruption during combat steps.
