Deck overview

Caesar, Legion's Emperor is a Mardu go-wide token-aristocrats deck. It develops disposable creatures, attacks with Caesar and another body, then sacrifices that body for tokens, cards, or direct damage. Adeline, Anim Pakal, Hanweir Garrison, and Skrelv's Hive widen the board; Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, and Elas il-Kor turn deaths into table-wide life loss. Its secondary plan grinds through monarch, Skullclamp, recursion, and token doublers. Isshin, Two Heavens as One is the hidden commander, doubling attack triggers; Windcrag Siege can provide the same effect in Mardu mode. Caesar remains the intended commander because its command-zone draw and burst damage hold the plan together. No complete infinite or deterministic combo exists: wins use combat, Caesar damage, and death drains.
