Deck overview

This deck is a Temur big-mana Dragon stompy list built around Maelstrom Wanderer. The primary strategy focuses on deploying dense early ramp across the first four turns to assemble eight mana by Turn 5. Upon casting the commander, double cascade immediately cheats two high-impact spells onto the battlefield while Maelstrom Wanderer grants static haste to the entire board. Cascading into premier Dragon threats such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Atarka, World Render, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, or Lathliss, Dragon Queen creates an immediate must-answer combat wave. The deck applies massive evasive pressure and leverages damage-doubling effects and extra combat phases to eliminate all opponents over two response cycles by Turn 7. Interaction is largely proactive and tied to creature combat damage or enter-the-battlefield triggers rather than instant-speed spells, minimizing cascade whiffs while trading reactive control for overwhelming raw velocity and board presence.
