Deck overview

This Azorius deck uses Shorikai, Genesis Engine as a resilient card-filtering engine and token generator. Because Shorikai is an artifact rather than a creature, it stays on the battlefield through conventional creature sweepers like Supreme Verdict. Early turns focus on casting cheap mana rocks, establishing attack taxes like Propaganda, and activating Shorikai to fill the hand and generate Pilot tokens. In the midgame, the deck leverages these Pilot tokens to crew massive Vehicles such as Parhelion II and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. Efficient removal and counterspells protect the board until an overwhelming combat finisher arrives. The deck closes the game by casting Cyberdrive Awakener to turn all noncreature artifacts into 4/4 flying creatures or by overwhelming the table with giant Construct tokens generated by Simulacrum Synthesizer.
