Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Golgari Squirrel-token aristocrats deck helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. The core plan floods the board with Squirrels and other tokens, doubles them with effects like Parallel Lives and Doubling Season, then converts that mass into wins through drain engines (Mirkwood Bats, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Nadier's Nightblade) or a decisive Craterhoof Behemoth swing. Chatterfang is a powerful force-multiplier-every token effect also makes Squirrels, and his activated ability turns the swarm into targeted removal-but the 99 contains enough independent token makers, Food engines, and combo lines that the deck is not glued to the command zone. Primary wins are infinite sacrifice loops (often involving Pitiless Plunderer or Warren Soultrader), Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest, and go-wide combat. Secondary paths include Bolas's Citadel life-payment storms and Ygra, Eater of All scaling.
