Deck overview

This Abzan deck centers on Olag and Miau, New Friends, pairing Cat and Zombie kindred synergies into a hybrid go-wide beatdown and life-drain engine. The deck utilizes dense acceleration from Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Gaea's Cradle alongside premier tutors to deploy aggressive token generators like Ocelot Pride, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Leonin Warleader, and Grave Titan. As Cats and Zombies enter, Olag and Miau grows the army with +1/+1 counters while converting tapped creatures into guaranteed end-step life loss for each opponent. The strategy is reinforced by potent card engines such as The One Ring and Necropotence, with devastating board finishers in Sovereign Okinec Ahau and Doubling Season. Resilient recursion spells like Eerie Ultimatum and Victimize ensure rapid recovery from sweepers, while game-ending aristocrat loops featuring Warren Soultrader, Gravecrawler, and Wayward Servant provide an instant-speed alternative victory path.
