Deck overview

This Abzan deck pilots Anikthea, Hand of Erebos at the helm of an aggressive Enchantress Reanimator strategy. The game plan focuses on stocking the graveyard with powerful enchantments during early turns using efficient self-mill and surveil tools like Ripples of Undeath and Overlord of the Balemurk. On Turn 4, Anikthea enters the battlefield to reanimate high-impact enchantments as 3/3 black Zombie creatures with menace. The deck pivots into a decisive offensive threat on Turn 5 by attacking with Anikthea to reanimate game-ending multipliers such as Legion Loyalty, Nylea's Colossus, or True Conviction. A robust stax and attrition package featuring Aura Shards, Doomwake Giant, and Sphere of Safety systematically dismantles opposing boards and shuts down counterattacks. In addition to combat dominance, the deck carries a compact two-card infinite win condition in Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. Resilient protection spells like Clever Concealment and Sterling Grove shield key pieces, ensuring an inevitable finish by Turn 6.
