Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal stompy strategy commanded by The Ur-Dragon. It uses its commander's eminence ability from the command zone to reduce the cost of all Dragon spells by one generic mana throughout the game. The early game focuses on green land ramp and color fixing to accelerate mana development. By turns 3 and 4, the deck deploys card-draw engines like Temur Ascendancy, Elemental Bond, or Garruk's Uprising alongside value-generating creatures such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm or Goldspan Dragon. In the midgame, the deck pivots into an overwhelming airborne assault using heavy hitters like Atarka, World Render, Thrakkus the Butcher, and Terror of the Peaks to dish out massive combat damage and direct burn triggers. While the deck possesses immense creature-based closing speed and high threat density, it features minimal instant-speed interaction and runs zero targeted creature tutors, relying instead on raw card draw to overwhelm the table.
