This is a Selesnya lifegain-and-populate token deck helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. The core loop is simple and synergistic: deploy cheap creatures that gain life on every ETB (Soul Warden, Suture Priest, Prosperous Innkeeper), convert that life into tokens and +1/+1 counters through payoffs like Archangel of Thune, Crested Sunmare, and Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn, then close the game with one of several finishers - Aetherflux Reservoir (pay 50 life for lethal), Halo Fountain (untap 15 creatures and win), or a massive Storm Herd swing.
