elfen 2 by Biegenhurst

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads an Elf tribal deck that turns the graveyard into a toolbox. Thranduil copies all activated abilities of Elves in your graveyard and draws cards when legendary Elves enter, so you mill and discard Elves to expand his options while building a wide board. The primary plan wins through combat after generating large mana with Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid and finishing with Ezuri, Renegade Leader or Tyvar, the Pummeler overruns. A secondary infinite mana line uses Devoted Druid with Immaculate Magistrate and Greenhilt Trainee via Thranduil to make arbitrarily large creatures. Eladamri, Korvecdal and Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler act as hidden commanders that cheat creatures and give haste.
