Bello, Bard Of The Brambles 🦝✨ // Animated Army Precon Upgrade (EDH/Commander) by SlyRaccoon84

Format: Commander

Commander: Bello, Bard of the Brambles

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bello, Bard of the Brambles is the deck's engine: the deck ramps into 4+ mana artifacts and enchantments, then Bello animates them as hasty indestructible 4/4 Elementals that draw a card on combat damage. The primary plan is a snowballing midrange beatdown, with damage doublers and double strike converting a few animated permanents into a lethal alpha strike. Secondary lines use crewable vehicles and a cost-reduced Ghalta. There is no hidden commander; the 99 are built around Bello's static ability. The deck is fast when Bello survives, but its reliance on one creature, plus the absence of tutors, countermagic, and mass protection, keeps it vulnerable to focused removal.
