Daddy Dragon by user7131112

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ur-Dragon is the deck's single-faced commander and main value engine; eminence discounts every other Dragon from the command zone, while the attack trigger turns a developed board into draw-and-drop-permanent turns. Primary plan: ramp into cost reducers, deploy mid-size Dragons, then win through either Ur-Dragon-driven combat or the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Niv-Mizzet, Visionary draw-ping loop. Secondary paths include Dragon Tempest/Terror of the Peaks ETB burn, Klauth/Ancient Copper mana bursts, and Miirym copies. There is no separate hidden commander; Tiamat and Demonic Tutor find the missing pieces. The deck can function without casting Ur-Dragon because eminence remains active, but his attack trigger is a major accelerator.
