More Combos Than Dollars by BioDannz

Format: Commander

Commander: Bartolomé del Presidio

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bartolome del Presidio leads an Orzhov aristocrats/reanimator deck that tries to mill itself, recure small permanents, and turn creature deaths into table-wide drain. The commander is a free sacrifice outlet that can be activated once a loop is assembled, and the deck's true engine is the Boonweaver Giant + Kaya's Ghostform loop or the Angelic Renewal + Angel of Indemnity loop, both using Bartolome as the sacrifice enabler. Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Marionette Apprentice convert each cycle into life loss. Secondary paths include Sun Titan value recursion and an aggressive 7/7 beatdown from Throne of the Grim Captain, though the back face is mostly inert without the required creature types. The Grim Captain is not a hidden commander here; Throne is only a mill outlet.
