Deck overview

This is a high-speed Rakdos combo deck helmed by the partner pair Dargo, the Shipwrecker and Tormod, the Desecrator. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard, then use cheap rituals and sacrifice outlets to assemble one of several infinite loops - most commonly Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + a Zombie (Tormod or Poxwalkers) to generate infinite death triggers and mana. From there, the deck wins via Blood Artist, Altar of Dementia, Goblin Bombardment, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Secondary lines involve Pitiless Plunderer loops, Peer into the Abyss into a storm kill with Tendrils of Agony, or a massive Final Fortune extra turn. The deck is extremely fast, with a dense ritual package and a low curve, and it can recover quickly from disruption thanks to its graveyard recursion and redundant combo pieces.
