Thranduil by beerz16

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil the Strategist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil the Strategist leads a Simic Elfball deck that turns extra land drops into an army of Elf tokens. The primary line is to deploy Thranduil early, feed landfall triggers with ramp and extra-land effects, then either overrun with lords and Elvish Warmaster's pump or assemble an infinite-mana Staff of Domination loop. A secondary token-combo path uses Intruder Alarm with Imperious Perfect. The commander is the primary engine, but the 99 includes a second Thranduil as a redundant lord. Without haste, most combo wins need one extra turn to attack, so the deck plays as a resilient midrange-combo hybrid.
