Maralen by Dominight

Format: Commander

Commander: Maralen, Fae Ascendant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Maralen, Fae Ascendant helms a hybrid Elf and Faerie kindred deck that blends traditional green mana ramp with blue and black tempo, flash threats, and card theft. The primary game plan deploys low-cost mana dorks and token producers to quickly establish a wide battlefield. Once Maralen enters, entering Elves and Faeries mill opponents and let you cast their best spells for free up to your kindred count. Secondary win conditions involve wide combat swings boosted by kindred lords like Elvish Archdruid and Imperious Perfect, draining opponents through Lathril, Blade of the Elves and Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, or sinking large mana pools into Elvish Warmaster activations.
