Deck overview

This deck utilizes Sauron, the Dark Lord to turn opponent spellcasting into a steadily growing Orc Army while leveraging Ring temptation triggers to aggressively cycle cards. By discarding hands with few cards to draw four fresh ones, the deck rapidly digs through its library while stocking the graveyard with devastating reanimation targets such as Cavern-Hoard Dragon, The Balrog, Durin's Bane, and Incarnations like Wonder and Anger. Supported by efficient Grixis interaction, extra combat enablers like Scourge of the Throne, and mass recursion via Living Death, the deck transitions smoothly from a resilient midrange board presence into an overwhelming combat finish.
